Javi here! So this is a questions I get all the time and the answer varies slightly every time.
For you, based on the info you’ve given me, I would say 4 times a week using our service would be great. Take your yoga in between to break up the 4 days doing mF.
Follow the playlists we make! We match up different workout videos to create a complete, well rounded ModelFIT workout within an hour. Some are shorter, some are longer, you’ll be able to decide what your body can handle on any given day.
As far as cardio- we will be offering some cardio bursts within our library of videos, but for a more comprehensive cardio regiment, you must do something that you like. Take a dance class, go for a hike, go for a swim, go for a walk over the bridge, walk on a treadmill with a steep incline (holding onto the side rails), etc. it must be something you enjoy, not something you endure.
