Hello! I am new to ModelFIT!
My goal is to lose 5 pounds, to tone myself, but without taking volume in the thighs. Because in the last months I was doing a lot of squats, etc. and I have trouble getting into my jeans. I'm 5 feet 4 tall and weigh 117 pounds.
Do you think that doing 4 times a week ModelFIT playlists in addition to two days of cardio walking 30-40 would allow me to reach my goal? I really like barre and yoga classes but I don't really see how I could add it to this program since I would be 6 days a week ...
