We are so sorry to hear about your broken foot!
We recommend you focus on the videos that take place working off the mat so you can keep weight off your foot while it heals. We have a lot of videos that will target body shaping while exercising off the mat, you can use the search bar for 'mat' and 'arm' 'abs' or 'butt' workouts, depending on what you want to work on.
In terms of cardio, while your foot is healing you probably want to avoid many of the cardio videos as they include a lot of jumping and side stepping. To get your heart rate up, and work up a sweat, add additional reps to the exercises and try slowing down your movements, this will make your muscles work harder and heart beat faster, giving you the cardio workout you're looking for.
