We are so happy you are enjoying the videos, but hear you on the music note as well as the inclusion of more cardio. We are putting together a 'cardio series' for exactly that purpose, so you can get a full well-rounded workout through our platform. We have also filmed some 'standing abs' so keep an eye out for those to be posted in the coming weeks.
'The Program' is our weekly 'prescription' for what you should be doing each day of the week. We will be updating these every Sunday so Monday is a fresh start with a whole new roundup of videos. In addition, we add new videos every Tuesday and Thursday so be sure to check the 'Recently Added Videos' in the lineup.
The Program will be the best way for you to get the most out of your subscriptions, not to mention the most efficient way to get the results you are looking to achieve. We have broken it down by Monday/Wednesday/Friday + Tuesday/Thursday + Saturday/Sunday so you get a dynamic rotation in the workout and sequencing you're doing.
