Welcome! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the workouts. We have a series called 'The Program' which is your weekly prescription for what workouts to do. We've broken them up into days, so you have Monday/Wednesday/Friday, Tuesday/Thursday, Saturday/Sunday
We updated this every two weeks with a new prescription. We would highly recommend you do this program, as it does mimic a sculpt class and what you would find in studio in terms of sequencing and class structure.
