I have just signed up to your online streams and I am so excited to start the workouts! For the equipments, do you recommend that I get both 1lb and 3lbs ankle weights or can I use one weight? If so, which one would you recommend?
Also, I am 170cm tall and 70kg so I would like to lose weight as well as tone. I enjoy boxing classes, running and swimming. Would you say that I should combine these with the Modelfit workouts to achieve best results or is there another form of cardio that you think is better?
